| If your computer has a
hard disk drive, it is located inside the computer and is
called Drive C. You can divide a hard disk drive into
two, three, or four partitions, which can be called Drive
C, Drive D, Drive E, etc. If you want to divide a hard
disk drive into partitions, refer to the PART command in
the MS-DOS for the
eaZy pc manual. The LEDs (light-emitting diodes) on the cabinet of the computer and on the drive let you know what action is taking place. When the computer is connected to an AC source and the power switch is on, the green LED glows. If a drive is being accessed, the red LED glows. If your computer has more than one floppy disk drive, the drive indicator LED on the drive tells you if that drive is being accessed.
